I started Apollos because I wanted a simple cross necklace for myself and couldn't easily find one. Most had an engraving or a design on them, or they looked cheap. So I had the one I wanted made.

Apollos is a jewellery brand in Joburg, started and run by one person. We are starting with one piece: a clean and premium feeling cross necklace. It is the one we wanted to get right first. More pieces will follow.

That focus leaves room for the things that matter like the proportion, finish, materials and how the piece feels to wear.

The Name

Apollos is named after a first-century teacher mentioned in Acts 18. The name has personal meaning to our founder.
